Schwing presented its first compact pump, the TP 100, at bauma 2019. The trailer pump (TP) is suitable for conveying screed, mortar, fine concrete and concrete up to a maximum grain size of 25mm and for grouting work.

Using the P0615 pump battery with piston-side connection, the TP 100 achieves flow rates of up to 20m³ per hour and a maximum delivery pressure of up to 85 bar. Its high delivery rate and compact dimensions open up a wide range of applications for the TP 100. The TP 100 can optionally be equipped with the hydraulic function ‘VarioPressure’, which allows manual adjustment of the maximum delivery pressure.

The key hydraulic components of the TP 100, such as the control block and the differential cylinders, are developed and manufactured by Schwing. Two diesel engines with different exhaust levels and an electric motor are available as drive options. The large maintenance flap of the TP 100 can be unlocked and opened using one hand. All maintenance points are accessible via the swivel-back mechanism.
