Bahrah Trading Company turned the KIFCO centre in Kuwait into a huge Bobcat showroom this week as the company launched a new generation of skid steers and telehandlers.
Bobcat distributor Bahrah Trading Company invited customers and enthusiasts to a lively show that included much of the US manufacturer’s range of track loaders, telescopic handlers, mini excavators, plus a variety of attachments.
Bobcat’s new 600 series skid steer loaders are claimed to offer higher productivity, ease of maintenance and service as well setting new industry standards. According to Bahrah, a demonstration of the Model S 630, rated with a load capacity of 1,040 kg and powered by 72 hp diesel engine, drew an “attentive audience”.
Also on show was the R50210 showcasing the latest variants of Bobcat’s telescopic lift technology, the Rotary (or Roto as it’s also affectionately known) telehandler incorporates features like increased lift height, 360 degrees swing crane and jib, bilk handling bucket, and aerial platforming: “that impart excellent flexibility while encountering a variety of job requirements”.
Bobcat professional operators, especially flown in for the event from Europe to show off their expertise and skill.
Steve Shaw and Hamza Melakandy of Bahrah’s senior management team were at hand to receive the guests and coordinate the event.
Bobcat district manager Karl Fakhoury was accompanied by a team of expert demonstrators from Europe that Bahrah made the show “lively and memorable”.
