Mercedes-Benz in Oman has signed a deal with Muscat Bakery to supply a fleet of its Sprinter vans – a vehicle line jointly ideal for both urban and long distance transport.
A highly flexible vehicle, the Sprinter is available in three wheelbases and with a gross payload weight (including body) of up to 3,050kg, making it suitable for the most diverse sectors and requirements.
“Engineered to offer the highest vehicle uptime and designed to run around the clock, the new Sprinter ensures the greatest level of service and is perfectly-suited to the demands of Muscat Bakery,” explained Daniel Fitzjohn, GM of Mercedes-Benz Oman Commercial Vehicles.
Sharaffudin, MD of Muscat Bakery, remarked that the company had thoroughly researched the market before opting for the Sprinter, Muscat Daily reported.
He noted: “We chose the new Sprinter for its operational reliability and advanced safety features, which will enable us to concentrate on our business and keep doing a top job every day.”
Fitzjohn added: “In selecting the new Sprinter, Muscat Bakery also has the peace of mind of knowing that its fleet is supported by the expertise and experience of our aftersales network here in Oman.”
