Bion Industrial has unveiled new models at The Big 5 & PMV Live trade exhibition.
At the show, Noas Al Rawi, CEO of the Bion Group, unveiled the B460, B320, and B240, with 46m3, 32m3 and 24m3 capacities respectively — complimenting the existing B480, B340 and B250 models.
Bion has also added a 52m3 cement bulker semi-trailer and a tipper with a hydraulic door for demolition waste.
As with all Bion Industrial’s tipper trailers, the models are made with SSAB Hardox steel, which is lighter and stronger than typical steel, reducing the vehicle weight.
So the CB520 cement bulker semi-trailer has 2m3 more capacity than the standard market bulker and is also 3t lighter than others in the same category in the market.
The capacities of the B460, B320, and B240 tipper trailers have been produced based on customer feedback, with the smallest of the three bound for Qatar, where more stringent vehicle weight restrictions apply.

Bion will be increasing its production to 1,500 tippers a year in April 2016 when it opens a 4.6ha manufacturing facility with 1,000 workers in Dubai Industrial City.
Bion supplies four out of the top five major heavy transport companies in the UAE and covers every GCC market except Saudi Arabia.
The company has also started penetrating the African market by exploring business opportunities in Nigeria and Kenya as it pursues the provision of quality heavy transport equipment around the globe.
