Renault Tech has delivered its 100,000th converted Master to ERDF – a wholly owned subsidiary of the EDF Group. The van’s keys were handed over by Renault Tech head Eric Lemonnier during a ceremony held at the SOVAB plant in Batilly, France.

EDRF’s Renault Master van was customised by the Renault Tech team at the same factory in which it was built. The 100,000th conversion was carried out in line with the electricity management firm’s specific requirements.

Renault Tech designs, produces and sells converted vehicles for both private motorists and business customers. The company, which operates inside 11 bodywork and assembly plants across the Renault business, performed a total of 118,500 conversions in 2012, 29,900 of which involved Masters.

Renault Tech is the only vehicle customisation specialist to be completely integrated into an automobile manufacturer’s operations. The company offers converted LCVs, passenger cars, fleets, and vehicles for customers with reduced mobility.
