New Holland Construction has launched a revamped, magazine-style website for its Middle East customers.
The construction equipment manufacturer, which is part of the CNH Industrial family, says that the site has been redesigned to offer improved navigation and greater opportunities for interaction.
The site has been endowed with a fresh interface that enables users to see the brand’s latest news and offers at a glance. A variety of paths have been provided so that the firm’s customers can find the information that they require in as shorter time as possible.
Users can either search directly for the product or service they are interested in, or look for the brand’s offering within their specific industry segment.
New Holland has also integrated its improved dealer locator, which not only makes it easy to find your nearest dealer, but also provides directions from your current location.
This function also enables users to browse the services provided by a particular dealer, such as whether it supplies new or used equipment, the after-sales support available, and whether units can be rented.
The manufacturer’s product pages have also been redesigned to provide machine overviews, which include key features and performance highlights, main specifications, available attachments, multimedia material, links to related content, and the option to download the full brochure.
New Holland is also keen to encourage a greater level of audience interaction by building upon its existing activities within the social media sphere. A virtual ‘wall’ aggregates the brand’s feeds, collecting its social media content and presenting it in an interactive and engaging display.
The manufacturer hopes this section of the site will become a dynamic hub for customers and enthusiasts alike.
