Haulotte Group, a supplier of aerial work platforms, plans to open a subsidiary in Dubai in November. The company says the opening of Haulotte Middle East will help it better understand its regional customers and provide them with tailored solutions. The office will cover the Middle East, Maghreb and Africa, and will be headed by Arthur Danelian, who has been sales manager for the Middle East for the last four years.
In that time, Danelian has helped to expand the company’s distribution network and increase its brand recognition. His key challenges in his new role will be to establish a stronger market presence for Haulotte’s range of more than 50 aerial work platforms, the HTL range of telehandlers, and the Multijob range of full-rotating backhoe loaders.
The Haulotte Group, quoted on the Paris Stock Exchange since 1998, is a worldwide manufacturer of lifting equipment with more than one hundred years of experience in the transport and material handling equipment division.
Products include aerial work platforms, telescopic handlers, multi-jobs and self-propelled cranes. With a US $752.8 million turnover at the end of 2006, the Haulotte Group operates in Europe, Asia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and Russia.
