Iveco, a CNH Industrial brand, is a global manufacturer of light, medium and heavy commercial vehicles, city and intercity buses and coaches, fire fighting vehicles, defence vehicles and off-road vehicles for construction and mining work. Iveco manages production sites in 11 countries throughout Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania and Latin America, and has sales and service outlets in over 160 countries.

Iveco will be part of CNH Industrial’s spin-off ‘On-Highway’ business which is expected to assume independent operations in early 2022. The On-Highway business will include the following brands and their respective activities: Iveco (heavy, medium and light commercial vehicles), Iveco Astra (heavy-duty trucks), Iveco Bus and Heuliez Bus (buses and coaches), Magirus (firefighting vehicles), Iveco Defence Vehicles (defense and civil protection vehicles), FPT Industrial (powertrain technologies) and Iveco Capital (Financial Services).
