Cemex has placed an order for eight Bobcat telehandlers.

The latest deal was agreed following a previous delivery of eight Bobcat telehandlers, which took place earlier this year.

Cemex will use the Bobcat telehandlers for materials handling, maintenance, and work-at-height applications across several of its facilities in France.

Its latest fleet acquisitions, which have been supplied with a range of pallet forks, buckets, jibs and man-platforms, include Bobcat TL and T series telehandlers with lifting heights of up to 18m.

Cemex cited the appropriate specifications, total cost of equipment, and financing options offered by Bobcat as reasons for its decision to place a new order.

Cemex is the world’s third largest producer of readymix concrete, the fourth largest producer of aggregates, and the seventh largest producer of cement.

The company is active in more than 50 countries, including the UAE.
