CASE Construction Equipment has hired José Cuadrado as its vice president for the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region for CNH Industrial’s construction equipment businesses.
Cuadrado was most recently VP of for the compact business unit (Bobcat products) at Doosan Infracore EMEA, where he was responsible for overseeing the unit’s sales, product marketing, engineering, programme management and supply chain operations.
Overall, he brings a wealth of experience to his new role, with more than 15 years of global experience within the industrial, construction and agricultural equipment sectors.
Earlier in the year, CNH Industrial also hired Alan Berger, the former senior VP for technology at Volvo Construction Equipment, to be its chief technical officer for product development within its equipment divisions.
In the Gulf, CASE Construction Equipment has meanwhile recently developed its distribution network by appointing AMA Motors as its official distributor for Bahrain.
The manufacturer sells and supports a full construction equipment range in the region, including backhoe loaders, excavators, motor graders, wheel loaders, vibratory compaction rollers, crawler dozers, skid steers, compact track loaders and rough-terrain forklifts.
In the UAE, Al Shirawi Enterprises most recently launched Case Construction Equipment’s entry-level 570T backhoe loader — a regionally popular but hitherto locally unavailable machine – in May 2017
