Intertruck has named Abu Dhabi-headquartered Al Jaber Leasing Services as the second party in a contract scheduled to be finalised at Automechanika Dubai 2014.
Earlier today, PMV reported Intertruck’s intention to enter into an operations management agreement with the then-unnamed GCC company. An Intertruck spokesperson has since revealed that the contract is to be signed with Al Jaber Leasing Services, an Al Jaber Group company.
The agreement will involve the management of spare parts distribution and operations at one of the logistics and transportation provider’s UAE facilities. The contract will last for a period of three years.
Automechanika Dubai 2014 will be held at Dubai World Trade Centre from 3-5 June. The signing of the Intertruck-Al Jaber Leasing Services agreement will take place at a ceremony on the opening day of the show, during which both parties are expected to release further details.
