Sinaha Platform to construct Abu Dhabi’s first automobile facility for recyclable cars

The move is set to position Abu Dhabi as a prominent hub for sustainable auto production

Sinaha Platform, a renowned Emirati e-commerce and marketing platform dedicated to promoting national industries and products, has entered into a landmark agreement with international partners.

The agreement aims to establish the first automobile manufacturing facility in Abu Dhabi that specializes in producing vehicles made from recyclable materials, according to reports from WAM.

The strategic move is set to position Abu Dhabi as a prominent hub for sustainable auto production, making a significant contribution to the country’s automotive industry and supporting the objectives of Operation 300Bn and the Abu Dhabi Industrial Strategy.

The forthcoming facility will manufacture vehicles with eco-friendly and recyclable external structures, serving as a testament to the commitment to environmental sustainability. Additionally, these automobiles will incorporate cutting-edge technologies that enhance fuel efficiency by reducing weight and optimising material consumption, setting new benchmarks for sustainable transportation.

In addition to meeting local demand, the automobile factory will play a crucial role in supplying the international market with affordable, high-quality cars equipped with advanced four-wheel-drive technology.

The strategic approach will position Abu Dhabi as a key player in the global automotive industry, fostering economic growth and further solidifying its reputation as a leader in sustainable manufacturing practices.

The agreement for the construction of the automobile plant was formally signed by Kardous Mohammad bin Salem bin Kardous Al Ameri, Deputy CEO of Sinaha, and Kirill Kuzin, Director-General of APAL International, during the recently held ‘Make it in the Emirates Forum’ in Abu Dhabi. The timing of this agreement is particularly significant as the UAE is preparing to host the 28th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP28) in November, further underscoring the nation’s commitment to addressing climate change.

Mohammed bin Salem bin Kardous Al Ameri, Chairman of Sinaha Platform, expressed the platform’s mission to enhance investment opportunities and foster a more sustainable, efficient, and competitive industrial sector.

“In Sinaha platform, we support all national efforts and strategies in an integrated way with all partners to support the national industrial sector and improve industrial capacity. Our products proudly carry the “Made in the Emirates” mark and target local, regional, and international markets,” Al Ameri explained.

The upcoming vehicle model, constructed using locally sourced raw materials, will boast a highly advanced and effective damping protection system that adheres to all applicable standards. The model will feature two engine options; an economical petrol engine and an all-electric engine, reflecting the commitment to innovation and offering consumers a choice in sustainable mobility solutions.
