Powered access equipment supplier, Rapid Access, has revealed plans to add more than 400 new pieces of equipment to its fleet in the GCC.

With its network covering nine operational depots spread across the region, the company is reportedly aiming to bring in the new units before the end of 2017.

Alexis Potter, sales and marketing director of Rapid Access, told Construction Week: “Our priority for the remainder of the year is to continue to invest in our capability and capacity to ensure that we continue to serve our clients across the region.

“Earlier this year, our parent company, Lavendon, was acquired by Loxam Group, forming the world’s largest powered access [equipment] supplier outside of the US.”

He continued: “In 2017, we will bring in more than 400 brand-new pieces of equipment, ensuring that our customers are able to choose from a fleet of over 4,000 units.”
