New Sunday newspaper launched in Dubai

A brand-new free paper has been launched in Dubai, with over 80,000 copies distributed across the emirate.

Sunday, launched by Arabian Business, is available free of charge starting at 6am every Sunday. Distribution points will include more than 65 top malls, over 60 major hotels, within 50 residential communities across the city, and at over 300 popular cafes and restaurants. Sunday’s extensive distribution will place a copy within reach of readers throughout the emirate.

Sunday has been created to offer Dubai residents and nationals an engaging Sunday reading experience. Sections will profile events, explore Dubai’s diverse food scene, provide fitness and wellness advice, uncover local travel gems, celebrate culture and arts, and recommend top regional entertainment. You can also expect to see pages dedicated to games, puzzles, and quizzes.

“Sunday will deliver high-quality local journalism, lifestyle features, and community updates to connect with Dubai’s discerning readers every Sunday,” said Matthew Amlôt, Editor-in-Chief of Arabian Business.

“Our focus on print aims to make Sunday part of people’s relaxing Sunday routines, away from devices. Sunday is perfectly positioned to become residents’ favourite weekend read. Our community-first content and extensive reach will establish Sunday as an influential local voice. Print is back.”
