Keith Lupton, a veteran of the Middle East’s used equipment community, has passed away.
Lupton was vice president of regional sales at World Wide Auctioneers (WWA), and had served as a member of the company’s board for 17 years.
A statement released by WWA read: “It is with deep sadness that we report the untimely passing of Mr Keith Lupton. Keith was the longest serving and most dedicated WWA employee, serving as regional sales manager, executive vice president, and board member since 2000.
“His depth of knowledge, extraordinary intellect, and commitment to his large network of contacts are legendary in the equipment industry in the Middle East and beyond. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him,” the statement added.
A memorial service for Lupton will be held on Thursday, 27 April, 2017 at Christ Church in Jebel Ali, Dubai. A wake will follow at Jebel Ali Club.
