Volvo Construction Equipment has appointed Patrik Lundblad (46) as its senior VP for technology, to lead the development and delivery of Volvo CE’s global technology strategy – reporting to Volvo CE president Martin Weissburg as part of the executive management team – effective 1 November.

Lundblad has worked for the Volvo Group for 15 years, most recently as senior VP of Volvo Group Purchasing, but has, over his career, held a number of senior roles in the automotive industry.
