The Evoquip Bison 280 is a compact track mobile jaw crusher featuring the Terex 900mm x 600mm single toggle jaw crusher.
The Bison 280 can be used on natural stone applications such as granite, river gravel and basalt.
It can also be used on various recycling applications including construction and demolition waste, recycled concrete and reclaimed railway sleepers.
Features of the Bison 280 include output potential of up to 200tph, heavy duty fabricated chassis and truck frame, heavy duty wear resistant feed hopper, stepped self-cleaning grizzly feeder, fully skirted product conveyor, grizzly bypass and fines chute, dust suppression system and telematics.
The set up time and control system on the Bison 280 enables the operator to be crushing minutes after unloading the machine from the lorry.
The operator can also adjust the crusher setting without the need for any tools using the hydraulic jaw adjustment system.
A direct drive system powers the jaw crusher, and this along with the jaw adjustment allows the operator to optimise the material throughput and reduction.
