Mammoet has added 35 telescopic and crawler cranes to its existing fleet in the Middle East.
The cranes have capacities ranging from 30t to 1250t, and they will be available through Mammoet’s branches in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Oman.
According to Martijn Kuipers, managing director, Middle East and Africa region, Mammoet, the fleet expansion will help the company meet strong market demand and support its aim to grow its crane rental services.
“With additional cranes, we will be able to provide a complete range of heavy lifting, installation and transportation solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients more efficiently. We will also be able to reduce mobilisation time and associated costs, considerably, without any compromise to the quality of our services,” he said.
Mammoet has been operating in the Middle East for over 40 years providing heavy lifting and transportation services for the petrochemical, offshore, power and civil industries.
With a regional head office established in Dubai, the company expanded its presence in the region last year by opening new offices in the UAE and Oman.
