Mammoet has set up a new operational hub in the city of Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The facility consists of an office building and 20,000m2 yard for in-house maintenance and repair of the equipment fleet.
Additional equipment will be added to the existing fleet in the Kingdom, including conventional trailer axles, self-propelled modular transporters (SPMTs) and a fleet of hydraulic cranes ranging in capacity from 60 to 500 tons.
Darren Bland, general manager of Mammoet’s Saudi Arabia operations, said: “We are concentrating on our expansion in the region and the office is strategically placed closer to our customers to further develop relations, reinforcing our emphasis on service, accessibility and providing quality solutions at all times.”
