Comansa is adding two models to its range of luffing-jib cranes. The CML280 and CML310 will be launched officially at the Bauma China 2018 trade show, to be held in Shanghai from Nov. 27 to 30.

At Bauma China, Comansa will show the CML310, which has maximum load capacity of 24 tonnes and maximum reach of 60 metres. This model shares most of the elements from the slewing part (jib, cat-head and counterjib) with the CML280, which has the same reach, but maximum load capacity of 18 tonnes.

Comansa aims to cover the growing demand of 18 and 24-tonne luffing jib cranes, particularly in Asia and the Middle East. Those markets are seeing an increase in vertical construction on very narrow spaces, projects in which luffing jib cranes are the best solution. The CML280 and CML310 cranes will also available in Africa and South America.
