Customised construction material supplier Domopan has revamped its Doha production facility.
Based in the New Industrial Area in Doha, the company has invested in fully automated machinery to produce wider range of materials including its Domofloors, DomoWalls, fibre glass-reinforced gypsum boards, as well as columns, beams and wire mesh.
Domopan now has its own production line for columns, beams and wire mesh, which it said “eliminates steel fixing activity on-site. This greatly reduces the time of erection and the labour cost needed for such tasks.”
The Domofloor production line is fully capable of producing lightweight slabs that the company claimed “guarantees a complete thermal cut and a high acoustical level insulation”. The production line for DomoWalls, on the other hand, has been configured to produce traditional reinforced concrete walls with embedded insulation.
