Al Marwan General Contracting Company (MGCC) has taken delivery of the first Volvo A45G rigid hauler in the UAE from Al-Futtaim Auto & Machinery Company (FAMCO), the authorised dealer for Volvo Construction Equipment (Volvo CE) in the UAE.
The 45-ton (41-tonne) articulated hauler features high payload capabilities, dynamic and predictive gear selection and telematics machine monitoring systems such as CareTrack and Matris. The front grill of the new model swings forward and down to reveal a full-service platform with anti-slip steps, while the electric hood swings up and back by a full 90 degrees to allow full and safe access to the engine compartment.
