Solid tyres
Developed specifically to address the problems of punctures and fast wear encountered in many typical applications, these semi-solid, airless tyres have an extra deep, wear resistant tread and are available in a wide range of application specific patterns. These include patterns for general construction, landscaping, recycling & scrap handling, demolition, waste handling etc. The tyres have specially designed sidewall apertures for shock absorption and ride comfort. These are supplied as ready to fit tyres and wheel assemblies for easy replacement.
Rubber tracks for compact track loaders and mini excavators
Trident has developed a range of rubber tracks of different sizes for compact track loaders and mini excavators. The tracks have a robust construction with a specially compounded wear resistant rubber compound and spirally wound high tensile continuous steel cords. These have been extensively tested in various environments. Â
Over tyre tracks (OTTs)
Trident’s Traxter OTTs consist of interconnected abrasion-resistant steel segments that are looped over the tyres, and the open ends are fastened to make an endless track belt, thus providing tracked mobility with high floatation. According to Trident, the fitment is simple and can be done under an hour. OTTs bridge the gap between wheeled and tracked mobility by converting a wheeled skid loader into a tracked loader. These tracks help skid-steer operators function in terrains that they normally couldn’t work on, at a modest cost with increased efficiency and productivity.
