German Gulf Enterprises (GGE), Putzmeister’s dealer in the UAE., has delivered the Putzmeister BSF 56-5.16 HLS truck mounted concrete pump to Al Hamra Readymix Concrete (H.Mix).
The Putzmeister BSF 56-5 truck-mounted concrete pump is designed for industrial or high-rise building projects which require large radius of distribution and high performance. The pump has a vertical reach of 55.1m and gross horizontal reach of 49.9m. The BSF 56-5.16 HLS configuration provides an output of 160m3/h (piston side) and delivery pressure of 85 bar. The pump is integrated with Putzmeister’s Ergonic 2.0 control system, which manages all functions of pumps, mixers, placing booms and support. The central control system has numerous design enhancements for improved operator experience and flexibility by forming a link between the operator and the machine.
H.Mix produces a range of concrete products at its factory in Ras Al Khaimah, including high-durable and high-performance concrete, fiber-reinforced concrete, watertight concrete, early strength concrete, shotcrete, self-consolidating concrete, plain cement concrete and foam concrete. The BSF 56-5.16 HLS is the fifth concrete pump H.Mix has bought from GGE, following two BSF 42-5.16 HLS units in 2016, one BSF 36 model in 2017 and one BSF 42 model earlier in 2020.
