Ritchie Bros. is gearing up for June auctions in Dubai and Ocaña with large quantities of heavy construction and mining equipment to go under the hammer.
Together, the UAE and Spain sales will feature more than 85 hydraulic excavators, 35 rock trucks, 30 articulated dump trucks, 30 loaders, 30 motor graders, and 20 bulldozers.
All auction items will be sold to the highest bidders without minimum bids or reserve prices.
“Mining and heavy construction businesses around the world will have the chance to purchase one or more items from a very complete and diverse selection of equipment at our auctions in June,” said Valero Serentill, regional sales manager at Ritchie Bros.
“Premium bidders such as Caterpillar, Hitachi, and Volvo are featured in our Ocaña and Dubai auction inventories. Bidders can easily find items and detailed equipment information on our website, and have the ability to personally inspect them at the auction sites for added confidence,” he added.
Highlights of the Dubai auction will include 17 Caterpillar 773E rock trucks, eight of which are 2012 models. Four 2012 Komatsu GD661A-1 motor graders will also be sold at the UAE sale.
“We sell everything to the highest bidders regardless of price, so interested buyers will have a chance to get quality equipment at fair market value,” said Serentill.
Ritchie Bros. is inviting interested buyers to personally inspect and test the equipment before the auctions. The Ocaña and Dubai sales will take place on 4-5 and 10-11 June 2014, respectively.
