Raimondi Cranes, founded in 1863 in Italy, is a manufacturer of topless tower and luffing jib cranes. In the Middle East, Raimondi operates under the client-direct model. Raimondi has an official dealer in Egypt, but all other MENA countries are serviced from the company’s Middle East headquarters in Dubai or from its satellite offices.
Over the past 12 months, Raimondi launched its luffing LR273 model, showcased a preview of its largest tower crane to date, the MRT573, and is about to launch the luffing LR372. The company also presented its Deluxe R16 Crane Cab and the SL20-TC Crane Lift. One important move forward in Raimondi’s design engineering was the launch of the new winch design for the topless tower MRT189 model.
Raimondi has revealed that its biggest jobsite in the GCC is currently up and running in the UAE on a single site with the largest number of Raimondi cranes ever deployed on a site in the UAE.
The company has a positive outlook for 2019–20 with purchasing trends moving toward medium to heavy lifters in both flattop and luffing segments.
