Arabian Truck and Equipment Company ( ATEC), a business division of Saudi-Arabia-based conglomerate ZMS Group, has been appointed as the exclusive distributor for Hitachi Construction Machinery Middle East Corporation ( HMEC) in Saudi Arabia, covering the full Hitachi machinery product line including mining equipment and services.

ATEC offers a nationwide coverage of service and parts centers and will start supplying Hitachi equipment through its branches in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam.
HMEC and ATEC have been partners for the last two years, since HMEC appointed ATEC as the sole supplier for HSC cranes in Saudi Arabia in January 2019, to penetrate the heavy lifting market in the country.
