Mohamed Abdulrahman Al-Bahar has launched the Al-Bahar CSA app, designed exclusively for Al-Bahar’s customer support agreements (CSA) customers. The Al-Bahar CSA app enables equipment owners and fleet managers to locate, view and manage all assets covered under CSA; track the list of equipment for maintenance; find all inspection and SOS reports linked to each asset, schedule machines for maintenance; maintain their fleet repair calendar; get timely reminders; view equipment not under CSA coverage and request quotes for CSA coverage, directly.
Reports that can be generated in real time include maintenance reports, SOS reports, dealer repair reports, Technical Analysis Level I (TA1) & Technical Analysis Level II (TA2) reports. Each customer get one login credential, and the target user profile is the equipment maintenance manager. Â
According to a statement from Al-Bahar, the objective of releasing the mobile app is to give customers an easy way to monitor their assets and connect with the Al-Bahar team from the work site. The app works a support assistant, eliminating the need for fleet owners and managers to remember dates for maintenance and make phone calls back and forth for maintenance scheduling.
