Al Masaood Power Division, part of UAE-based Al Masaood Group, has opened a new Volvo Penta Spare Parts Centre in Sharjah. The new facility will cater to demand for spare parts and accessories for marine and industrial power solutions in the UAE’s northern region, and it will offer door-to-door delivery to customers.
Rasso Bartenschlager, general manager, Al Masaood Power Division, said: “This new center is our response to the growing demand for a Volvo Penta spare parts facility in Sharjah and the Northern emirates in addition to the existing aftersales centres in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The new center will be staffed with highly-trained and fully certified sales executives to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.”
Volvo Penta has over 3,500 dedicated dealers in 130 countries including the UAE. In 2017, Al Masaood LLC was recognised by Volvo Penta as the exclusive ‘Yacht Series Support Center’ in the Middle East region to provide key services and supervision to all yachts equipped with Volvo Penta’s engines working with IPS technology.
