AMCS technologies’ launches web and mobile platforms for its IoT Lifting telematics

AMCS technologies has launched a web platform and mobile application for its own telematics solution called IoT Lifting which enables remote monitoring and management of crane activity and job site productivity. By adding a SIM card (with a 3G / 4G network) in AMCS’ DCS 61-S anti-collision systems, IoT Lifting collects information continuously by using sensors placed on the cranes. It is thus possible to store, send and receive this information on a web portal.

Through personal login accounts and different levels of access and functions, customers will be able to:

  • Have access to the mapping of all sites equipped with DCS 61-S and thus manage its fleet of AMCS technologies products
  • Remotely view the SUP 61 supervisors and the DCS 61-S screens placed in the crane operators’ cabins
  • Analyze, download and share information
  • Generate personalized statistics
  • Carry out remote diagnostics
  • IoT Lifting enables real evaluation of productivity according to the concentration of the machines as well as automated management of its systems. As all the systems are mapped, the user can obtain detailed information about the sites and equipment such as addresses of the sites and locations of the cranes, number and positions of the cranes operating on a site, prohibited zones, and software versions and serial numbers of the equipment.

The IoT Lifting mobile application, available on Android and IOS, enables to monitor in real time the crane parameters such as wind speed and slewing angle. User can opt for notifications. With advanced access rights, it is possible to neutralize the anti-collision and prohibited zone functions within a limited radius around the site after the acknowledgment of the operator of the machine concerned.

AMCS technologies offers this new tool internationally as the DCS 61-S system is compatible with SIM cards in more than 170 countries.
