Saudi Arabian dealer Zahid Tractor and Heavy Machinery has been recognised by US giant Caterpillar for its maintenance work.
Zahid Tractor won Caterpillar’s Contamination Control Award for Maintenance Procedures.
Cat gave Zahid Tractor the award after it achieved an excellent rating in for its adherence to the contamination control programme.
According to Zahid Tractor, reaching the higher standards of the programme meant undergoing a deep cultural change in the way Cat products are disassembled, maintained, serviced, and reassembled.
