Chaudhary Transport Company has taken delivery of its first ever Terex crane.
The rental firm, which is headquartered in New Delhi, India, has purchased a Terex Toplift 55 truck crane and the new machine has already been deployed to an oil refinery in the northwest state of Rajasthan.
The Toplift 55 boasts a 55t lift capacity at a 3m radius, and a maximum working radius of 32m. With its wide wheelbase, two steering axles and 40% gradeability, the truck crane has been designed to deal with a wide range of lifts while offering users on-site manoeuvrability and performance.
With more than three decades of experience, Chaudhary Transport specialises in the transportation and lifting of large and heavy loads in India. The firm is equipped to handle structures made of materials such as steel and cement, and other large objects like containers.
“With the objective of improving our fleet’s reliability and performance, we made the conscious decision to seek a new manufacturer for our latest acquisition,” explained Sandeep Sehrawat, managing partner at Chaudhary Transport.
“The Terex team was extremely helpful and informed, and offered us exactly the right product at the right price.
“Terex has a good reputation amongst end users in India and we know of many companies that already appreciate the quality and performance of Terex products,” he added. “It is also reassuring to know that many of my industry counterparts rate Terex service and support highly.”
