CNH Industrial has entered into a strategic partnership with Leica Geosystems to supply technologies for its construction equipment.
Switzerland-headquartered Leica Geosystems provides design, measurement, and visualisation technologies. The firm will supply machine control solutions for CNH’s construction equipment brands Case and New Holland.
“CNH Industrial is committed to providing its worldwide customers with leading products in the construction equipment sector,” said Mario Gasparri, brand president of CNH Industrial’s construction equipment division.
“Our partnership with Leica Geosystems – one of the most respected companies in the machine control solutions industry – shows our intention to continue investing in the construction equipment business by introducing forefront technologies and leveraging the most advanced specialist players in the market,” he added.
Initially, Leica Geosystems will provide technologies for CNH Industrial’s excavators, dozers, and graders. This arrangement will eventually expand to include the manufacturer’s entire construction product line-up.
