MB Crusher is celebrating more than 10 years as the worldwide leader in the fields of crushing, demolition and recycling, by designing, producing and selling the widest range of crusher and screening buckets for excavators, skid steers, and backhoes of all sizes.
With more than 60 years of crushing experience in the excavation, road work, quarry, and demolition sectors, the Azzolin family, owner of MB SpA, had a vision of a crusher applicable to excavators. With the flexibility and mobility of an accessory and the performance of a larger machine, they wanted to replace the traditional crusher in most applications.
It was this vision that resulted in the first worldwide patented crushing bucket, guaranteeing high levels of productivity on site and allowing all customers to be much more competitive in their yards.
CEO is Guido Azzolin said: “MB crusher bucket versatility of use and advantages have led to the very high production levels: directly on site, the bucket crushes any type of material excluding iron, and allows the product that requires crushing to be collected by placing it in a mound on the truck or in the site to be filled in, thus hastening operations.
“Its application areas are far-reaching: from general building demolition and the redevelopment of disused industrial and urban areas to the treatment of materials from digs, from the earth moving sector to road works, from quarries to mines and from environmental reclamations to rock applications.”
Today, MB Crusher offers different models of crusher bucket models, from the smallest, the MB-C50 (for mini excavators) the MB-L – which can be mounted blades, skid steer loaders and backhoe loaders – to the largest, the BF150.10, suitable for excavators from 70 tons.
As well as crusher buckets, MB has designed 4 Screening Bucket models for its customers; the MB-S range, the only buckets that may be equipped with the intermittent system for screening damp material and increasing production by 30% compared to traditional systems.
Finally, MB offers the opportunity to equip its machinery with an iron separator, fundamental in the separation of iron from inert material and available on crusher buckets, a mist kit for dust suppression and a universal quick coupling which allows to connect any type of equipment to the digger.
Azzolin added: “MB strives for customer satisfaction and is dedicated to provide 24 hour support to ensure complete service, every step of the way. Designed and manufactured in Italy, only the best materials are used for excellent quality. Solid, durable and characterised by the now recognizable clean lines designed to resist wear and high stresses in the toughest working conditions. For this reason, MB has been awarded and recognised for its products and global sales results.”
MB has six international branch offices with logistic centres and authorized dealers located all over the world.
