Polish pipe maker sets SENNEBOGEN 643 M to work

A polish pipe manufacturer has taken delivery of a SENNEBOGEN 643 M telescopic crawler crane.

Zaklad Produkcyjno Uslugowy (ZPU) Kazimierz Jonca purchased the machine from SENNEBOGEN’s authorised Polish dealer, BH Ruda Trading International.

The compact crawler is now supporting logistics and loading operations at the pipe company’s yard in Miedzyrzecz.

In addition to supplying pipework for industry, ZPU plans, produces, and services insulated pipes and shaped parts for district heating, hot water, and steam networks. The 643 M is used to sort, move, and load insulated steel pipes with diameters of up to 1.2m onto trucks.

The machine’s compact dimensions, along with its 43m reach, make it well suited to operations at the Miedzyrzecz yard, according to ZPU. Driven by a 128kW diesel engine, the unit can operate at speeds of up to 20km/h.

The 643 M has also been designed with maintenance in mind, with its accessible measuring and servicing points. As SENNEBOGEN’s local sales and service partner, BH Ruda handles regular servicing and the supply of replacement parts.
