Terex Minerals Processing Systems (MPS) has launched its largest module screening unit to date.
The introduction of the MHS8203 Horizontal Screen Module increases the screening capacity and application capability of the manufacturer’s existing range of modular products.
The sizeable module features the new Terex Cedarapids LJ-TSV 1,438mm x 6,063mm screen with an El-Jay oval stroke action. A blending-gate system and rolling-chute mechanism have been employed to offer precise control.
Other features include a heavy-duty I-beam frame; a galvanised steel structure that includes walkways, stairs, and guard rails; and a rigid, diagonal truss construction.
The module structure and its components are CE/ISO compliant, and have been designed with logistics in mind. The entire MHS8203 module can be transported in standard shipping containers.
The MHS8203 will join Terex MPS’s existing modular product range, which includes a selection of static and semi-static plug-and-play crushing and screening modules.
