Dubai-based machinery company Construction Machinery Center has moved to modernise its marketing activities with an HTML5 website that sets it lightyears ahead of much of the competition.
Though 43 years in age, the CMC Group has not seen it fit to sit on its laurels, but instead has pushed over the last six years to transform itself into a “young, dynamic and modern” organisation.
The company noted its ethos of “always striving to enhance our customer’s experience” drove it to rebuild the site to increase the ease with which its customers might access product information and submit inquiries.
Joe Lahoud, GM of CMC Group, told PMV Middle East: “In today’s world, any organisation that doesn’t welcome and adopt a dynamic strategy of continuous positive change, will lose market share and eventually be phased out: If you don’t change, the market will replace you.
“In line with this belief, we have been investing in more tools to reach out to our customers, and our website was redesigned to make it much easier to find and learn more about our leading products.”
