Hilti is seeking to give customers a direct avenue to the information that they need via a live chat function now embedded on every product page of the Hilti website for the Middle East, Turkey and Africa.
The function initiates a dialogue with a Hilti customer service specialist appropriate to the product page that the customer is viewing, in order to help visitors with account queries and orders — if accessed during normal business hours.
“The enhancements we have made to live chat on our website demonstrate our continued focus on delivering superior customer service,” explained Grace El-Achkar, head of digital marketing for Hilti.
“We are now able to deliver personalised support through live chat — an increasingly important customer service channel as more of our customers do business online. Now customers have a convenient way to gain more information on Hilti products and services.”
