Organisers of next month’s Saudi Build 2010 in Riyadh say the event will be bigger and better than last year’s exhibition.

More than 850 exhibitors from 34 countries have already reserved space for the event, a 30% increase on last year, and show planners have increased floor space by 50% to accommodate them.

Muhammad Al-Hussaini, Deputy General Manager of the Riyadh Exhibition Centre – the venue where the event is held – said,“growth in this year’s exhibitor attendance reflects the strength and huge potential of the construction and construction materials industries. It also affirms the participants’ appreciation for the numerous opportunities offered by the Saudi and regional markets.”

Saudi Build includes several constituent shows, including Saudi Stone-Tech – The 13th International Stone and Stone Technology Show and the ever popular PMV Series 2010 which covers 5,000m2 and details the latest construction heavy machinery and equipment

The show also includes a B2B matchmaking exercise during the exhibition, allowing companies to network with more than 50 industry peers from Europe and Australia. The matchmaking sessions will introduce local companies to the latest construction-related products and technology and will facilitate the signing of contracts with the international companies participating in the event.
