The UAE fuel price committee has officially announced the fuel prices for June 2023, revealing some notable changes.

The new rates are expected to be well-received by residents as they witness a reduction of 21 fils per litre for retail fuel prices and a decrease of 35 fils for diesel.

The revised rates are follows :

  • Super 98 petrol: The price will be Dh2.95 per litre, marking a decrease from Dh3.16 in May.
  • Special 95 petrol: The cost will be Dh2.84 per litre, compared to Dh3.05 last month.
  • E-Plus 91 petrol: The price will be Dh2.76 per litre, down from Dh2.97 in May.
  • Diesel: It will be priced at Dh2.68 per litre, a decrease from Dh3.03 last month.

As per the media reports, the cost of refilling a petrol tank in the UAE has once again dropped, reaching the lowest prices of the year for E-Plus and diesel.

The fluctuation in petrol prices throughout the year can be attributed to the dynamics of the global energy market.
