Konecranes has upgraded its crane search tool, Crane Advisor. Since introducing the browser-based tool in English last year, the choice of languages has been expanded to German, Chinese, French, Polish, Russian, Czech and Greek.
The Crane Advisor identifies the right crane system in four steps, by industry, the maximum capacity needed, the required span width, and the individual class of use. It is compatible with smartphones, tablets and desktop PCs.
Mark Goringe, area director, mid west Europe, Konecranes Industrial Service, said: “More than 4,000 visitors have already tried our tool in only a few months. We also want to continuously expand the choice of languages. For example, we are currently planning a Spanish version. Other languages will follow.”
