Germany-based fair ground GmbH relies on a Bobcat T870 compact track loader and various Bobcat attachments when laying and maintaining surfaces for riding arenas, tournaments and outdoor installations. The company used all of this Bobcat equipment to lay materials for riding areas used in the Hanover exhibition halls for the Horse and Hunting Fair last year. To complete the 9000 m² of riding area at the 2019 Horse and Hunting Fair in Hanover in just two days, the T870 was combined with a Bobcat laser grader.

The Bobcat T870 compact track loader offers an optional 5-Link torsion suspension undercarriage which dramatically reduces stress and vibration from the undercarriage and provides additional stability when lifting a load high or when performing grading tasks.

Each component including the engine, pumps, and hydraulic system are engineered to deliver maximum hydraulic performance. The automatic ride control of the T870 reduces material spillage, allowing travel at faster speeds across rough terrain. Its dampening effect increases operator comfort by offering a smoother ride. For long-haul jobs or large jobsites, the 2-Speed travel option helps operators to travel from one jobsite to another, quickly. Lift arms on the T870 are engineered for rigidity, hose protection, and durability. This patented lift-arm design offers both vertical lift path and radius lift path options.

In the compact loader segment, Bobcat has around 75 different families of attachments that cover a very wide range of tasks.
