ALE Heavy Lift’s Middle East branch is expanding the range of services it can offer the ports sector in the region through the growth of its operations in Dubai.
The lifting provider is currently managing the delivery of container terminal cranes, including STS, RTGs and RMGs, and covering mechanical and electrical assembly on port projects across the region.
In the Gulf, the team has performed projects for STS and RTG cranes in Kuwait, UAE and Saudi Arabia, but it has also worked as far afield as Togo and Guatemala in the past few months.
ALE’s specialist crane division in the region is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, which is also the ALE hub for managing the assembly of these harbour crane projects globally.
“By providing specific technical expertise, our Middle East Division provides an enhanced service for our clients that goes beyond our standard operations,” noted Ronnie Adams, senior project manager for ALE.
“We have performed these type of operations for several years, managed out of the Middle East, and our expertise has now reached Africa and the Central and South America markets.”
