Dingli launches wider versions of 32m rough-terrain scissor lifts

Dingli has launched wider versions of its 32m self-propelled, rough-terrain scissor lifts. The battery-powered JCPT3225DC and diesel-powered JCPT3225RT models utilise the same scissor stack as the narrower 1.4-m-wide JCPT3214DC model; however, the heavy-duty stack of the new models is mounted on a 2.5-m-wide chassis, with four wheel direct electric drive on the JCPT3225DC and hydraulic wheel motors on the JCPT3225RT.

The electric JCPT3225DC is powered by an 80V/520Ah high-capacity lithium battery pack; and the JCPT3225RT, by a Deutz Stage V diesel engine. The wider models offer a large 6.2 x 2.45m working platform. A 2.1m deck extension is available which increases the deck length to 8.3m.

Both the machines are driveable with a maximum load of 1,000kg, and they are equipped with a one-button levelling function. Standard features include rough-terrain non-marking tyres and 4×4 drive and steering.

The overall height of the machines when stowed is 4.13m, which can be reduced to 3.19m when lowered. The total weight of the JCPT3225RT is 23,400kg and that of the JCPT3225DC is 23,900kg. The gradeability of the JCPT3225DC is 30%, and that of the JCPT3225RT is 40%.
